Design Intent
Spectrum Square is a retail and office campus established in Mississauga with linkage to a new transportation network. Strategy for NAK’s design approach was to create a new identity and destination embracing a strong sense of arrival while enhancing the pedestrian experience and safety. Emphasis was placed on a network of clear and legible linkages that ensure barrier free and seamless transitions from the transit station and parking lots to offices and a central, sunken urban plaza.
